You can book your appointment yearly or months or weeks in advance!
"Early Bird" Annual dates are always available and may be locked in for you
after your first washing with us.
We will make every effort to contact you 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
should a change be necessary.

How much do we charge?
Check out our Residential Pricing Page on this site to find approximate costs.
Our normal season rates are listed and are usually very close to the actual charges.
If we washed your property 3 years ago you may be quite surprised to see our
Price List is virtually unchanged - with alot of help from our customers!
Remember too, we include extras many companies charge extra for including a
free anti-microbial (Chemical Mold Neutralizer) treatment for your siding!
We are a licensed Connecticut business so please
remember to add 6% Sales Tax to any Estimate.
Why we don't wash your property in the rain...
In order to insure the most pleasant and efficient cleaning experience we always
structure our schedule to the current weather conditions. Our cleaners & sterilizers
must work on the surface to be cleaned for 15 to 20 minutes to have their full effect.
If diluted by rain our cleaner's power is greatly reduced and
mold and other growth could return much more quickly.
This process has to be done in sections.
It adds at least an hour to our washing time,
but adds months of mold-free time to your siding.
To accomplish this we will reschedule a washing if rain is imminent
We'll continue to keep the schedule ontime as much as possible.
