Before We Arrive...
You have made your appointment to have your property washed and restored to it's former grandeur.
We are scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning, so now you wonder, what should I do?
Here are some things that do need to be done in preparation for our arrival...
Remove any window air conditioners,
hanging and/or potted plants,
wind chimes, knick knacks, flags etc from
the cleaning area.
Make sure that any furniture, grills, hoses, garden
tools,
lawnmowers, trash barrels etc are moved away from the building.
If
you are having your deck washed please clear all furniture from it. If
you have anything heavy, such as a grill that may be too heavy to
remove from the deck, please make sure it can be easily rolled to
another position on the deck. We will make every effort to work with
you, but moving furniture can be time consuming and is not included in
the price. We also do not wish to risk injury to ourselves or our
employees from a fall on a deck wet and slippery with soap.
Any non-metal screens should be removed.
The overspray of the waterjet
and the accompanying air pressure surge can shred cloth and plastic
screen from several inches away. In order
to properly clean the frames and siding of the structure it is
necessary the screens be removed to avoid damage.Anything in
close proximity to the spray from leaves and sticks to bushes close to
the building can also be blown into the screen also potentially causing
damage to the screen.
We accept no liability for damage to any non-metal screens that are not removed.
We wash and clean surface materials with water pressure. This in turn creates air pressure surges which may aggravate improperly installed or loose siding panels, gutters, roofing tiles windows and plastic shutters.
To minimize any risk please check that everything is in good condition
and is affixed tightly to the structure to be washed.
If you have a questionably secured area of your building, please, let
us know about it before we start washing, so we can use extra caution when we are approaching and washing in that area.
These simple steps will make for a pleasant cleaning experience and avoid unnecessary problems.
Please remember to sign the Work Authorization Form and give it to us
upon our arrival. If you will not be present during the washing process
please remember to leave the Form with the payment.
We must have a signed Work Authorization Form* from the owner before we start the job
No form will result in rescheduling the job.
Please note that we are not Exterminators.
Our Safety is a Major concern to us and our families
Please, eliminate any bee or wasp problem before calling us.
Thanks,
Phil & Bob
