What is the Work Authorization Form?
(and why is it so important?)
. We are insured for any work contracted, but with no contract we would not be insured and we would in effect, be operating with no protection for your home.

The Work Authorization Form serves as ColorMasters Contract with the consumer. It is important inasmuch as we are paying a great deal to help protect your home from damage. All we need from you is a signed Work Authorization form. Our insurance company covers all contracted work and once signed you become covered by our insurance.

We realize also that some clients want the job done sooner. The Consumer Protection laws are there to protect you. We are mandated to respect them. This does not allow us to, "go get the truck and come right over". If someone says that their business can do that, beware! You just found yourself a predator! You are dealing with someone who has no regard for the State of Connecticut Consumer Protection Laws, or for the individual consumer's legal rights.
Safe bet would be, unregistered business and no insurance either.
Your choice of course. You vote for your desired level of protection - how?
You vote by selecting the business that can do the best job with a minimized level of risk to your property at the fairest price.

By the way, Statements of insurance coverage are readily available from all insurance companies or agents so there is no reason a company should not be able to provide one for you to see. Still not sure? Call the underwriting company and verify the policy. If you still feel uncomfortable read our, "Predator" page with tips on how to spot a predator,

or just move on to another Power Washing company.
