This is offered as a general guide for Residential "standard" design homes that have had reasonable care and are on flat lots. Homes not described here have to be quoted onsite.

Property Additions such as garages, breezeways, dormers and added rooms are additional cost

Some surfaces due to condition or type may require a different treatment thereby changing the price.

Factors such as accessibility, terrain (eg. landscaping falling down away from house), heavy foliage contacting the house, excessive painted or finished wood, wood shingles, unusual styles of building or time of year are examples of factors that could substantially change the pricing of the job.

Please remember that all Quotes, both Commercial & Residential, are valid for a full 10 days.
