The Same Old Problem
Anyone involved in Pressure Washing is only too well aware of the problems of washing multi-story Commercial & Industrial buildings and buildings placed on fall-away terrain or hillsides. Often there are multiple problems and even a simple single story building can become a challenge. If the terrain falls away from the building and the loading dock is on the same end that fairly standard 15 foot reach can top 30 feet. This makes what was a relatively easy job, very difficult to clean properly. Many Commercial buildings today exceed 40ft by unique designs, often due to their intended use. Still other buildings are just plain big! In any case no matter whether it's commercial, industrial or something in between, the job we try to perform has become more difficult as the buildings we clean keep growing.

The High-Tech Solution

There are now available some very high-tech pressure jets. When combined with our high volume and high pressure pump systems they can deliver true cleaning pressure/volumes in excess of 2000 PSI @5 gallons per minute. At 30 feet that is alot of cleaning power! This can be extremely useful on hilly or fall-away property where ladders are out of the question or when buildings have unusual designs. This expands our capabilities and allows us easier access with less personal risk. The risk of falling from an unevenly footed ladder while controlling a 5000PSI gun is eliminated and the cleaning power maintained. Thanks to these new technologies we can now work more safely than ever before and still offer our clients maximum cleaning power. With the cost of over $150. per jet the investment is not cheap.
